Purpose: Equip new employees with the knowledge, tools, and best practice's to succeed in their role both efficiently and confidently. Tasks trigger when a new user has accepted their invite to HubSpot, the resources linked in the tasks will be in this SOP

Update Profile Picture, Install Sales Chrome Extension, Connect Gmail & Calendar
The other articles below review the details on how the logging/tracking works with the Extension/Gmail Connection, how the Calendar sync works, etc. These are great tools for understanding each aspect of the tools! If you have any questions, write them down and we will discuss!

Mobile App & Other Resources
We have a specific process for adding contacts into HubSpot. We have a form the Sales Team uses to add new or update existing contacts in the System. This processes allows us to audit all submissions for accuracy! No editing contact information unless a process is advising you to do so!

Intro to Sales Hub Tools for Sales Reps
You can use the ACME Testing Company in HubSpot to test anything you'd like. Creating and logging activities, creating deals, etc. Operations will never process anything on this account. You have a contact with your ICR email that you can use to test, email, set up a meeting with, etc.
