Primary Contacts

Some Customers have several contacts, we would like to know who the primary's are. This would be the person that should receive pricelists, information along those lines.

More details in the last section of this knowledge base

When you go onto a contact record, on the left-hand column you will see, "Primary Contact"
Click this and select Yes if they are a primary, there can be multiple depnding on your customer
Once you select yes, you are all set, changes will be saved automatically
- If an error was made you can select again and clear the value
