Is the IC Secure client compatible with MacOS?
No, IC Secure is only compatible with Windows.
Which components should be selected during the installation setup?
On the component selection page, you should uncheck the server option and leave only the client option checked before clicking Next.
Where is the software installed by default?
The program installs into the Program Files (x86) folder on the C drive; however, you can choose a different folder by clicking the Browse button if desired.
How do I know when the installation is complete?
An "installed successfully" message will appear. You can then click the Close button to finalize the process.
How do I open the software after it is installed?
An IC Secure icon will automatically be added to your desktop. Double-left-click this icon to open the client.
What happens the first time the client is started?
A login window will prompt you to input your connection information for the IC Secure server.
Do I have to enter my connection information every time I open the client?
No. You can check the "auto login" box to save your credentials.
How do I load live video once logged into the client?
Assuming cameras are already enrolled into your server, you can drag and drop the server into the first available video quadrant to load the live video grid layout.
