What types of notifications/alarms can I set on IC View Pro?
- Fire Alarm
- Medical Alarm
- Panic Alarm
- Intrusion Alarm
- Tamper Alarm
- General Alarm (such as a water or gas leak)
Can I adjust the times that I receive notifications?
Yes. Click on Config -> Settings -> Push Notification Settings -> Period. You can choose when alarms are triggered by adjusting the start and end time and clicking the check mark to save the settings.
Do I have to have the app open to see my notifications?
No. In the Notification Settings section, toggle "Notification Banner" ON to see a banner pop up on your screen.
How long do the notifications last?
You can choose between 10 seconds (recommended) and 5 minutes in the Push Notification Duration section.
