Training List

• We have a List for Contacts who have Completed their Product Training Meeting
• The Criteria of this list includes:
  • Contact is associated to IC Realtime Training Meeting with Jon Madden
  • The Meeting Outcome is marked as Completed
  • AND the Contacts Email doesn't contain a domain of @icrealtime.com
• This List is used to Enroll Contacts into the Workflow to send the Survey

Workflow Process

• A Contact Enrolls in this Workflow when they are part of the "John Madden Training List"
• The Workflow will set the property, "John Madden Training Meeting Outcome" to Completed

Sending Survey

• The Survey will Send when the Email doesn't contain @icrealtime.com
• AND John Madden Training Meeting Outcome property = Completed
• The Survey will then Send
