Re-Assigning Rep Property

  • This property is a Drop Down of HubSpot Users to select from 
  • The Value that should be inputted will be the User submitting the "Request" - Ops will then re-assign

Location on Record

This is Located on the Company Overview Tab on a Company Record, in the bottom section labeled, "Company Status Requests"

Tips of When to Use


This is mainly at your own discretion with the feedback of your Sales Rep. Example case, you've called the customer several times, you can't get them on the phone or get any response - it's time to give them to another Rep to try and pull them back in with another voice.
