Requesting Price Sheet Additions or Removals

Purpose: This article explains the process for Sales Reps to Request Additions OR Removals of Dealer Access to the Price Sheet Article. All requests must be submitted via a standardized email templates send to our Sales Analyst

✍️ Email Request Template:

There is a premade template within HubSpot for Sales Team members to use to send to Lugo giving a guide of the required information to add into the email.

View the provided Email Template Titled: 

Required Contact Details to Include:

  • First Name
  • Email Address
  • Link to HubSpot Contact Record

✅ Once Lugo Confirms:

➕Addition

  • The System will handle sending the registration email once Lugo enables access!
  • The customer will receive an email from you with a heads up of information so you don't need to manually reach out - unless they have issues with logging in

➖Removal

  • The dealer will no longe be able to view the Price Sheet article
  • No notification is sent to the dealer automatically - inform them if needed
