How to add a HubSpot Contact to ICR University

Goal: Easily add a contact to ICR University for online training using this simple new function in HubSpot, which automates an email invitation to join.

How to Send an Invite

• On the Contact Record
• At the Top left panel of the record until you should see, "Send Invite to ICR University"
  

• Click the drop down in the field and select, "Yes"
• Be sure to click "Save" at the bottom of the page

What Happens Next?

• After you save your selection the contact will receive an email invite to join ICR University
  • They will be provided with a unique link to create their password for ICRU
• Once their password is created they will be directed to the ICRU homepage where they can begin their courses
• They will automatically enroll in the standard courses and can also peruse the catalog to find additional training and resources

Important things to consider:

• If your dealer has already been sent an invitation to ICRU during their onboarding meeting or from a marketing email, they will not receive another invitation when you use this option in HubSpot!
  
  • This is intentional because otherwise their account would be reset and they would lose any progress they have made on the e-learning courses. So we ensured the workflow would not reset existing profiles.
• Recommendation while on the phone with a dealer: 
  
  • Once you click, "Yes" and save it, it should take about 1-2 minutes for them to receive the email 
  • IF they do not receive the email within a few minutes direct them to 
    https://icrealtime.learnupon.com/ and have them try the "Forgot my Password" option
  • IF they still cannot log in, please email our team at success@icrealtime.com and request we look into their account or create an account if one isn't pre-existing
