Go to User in HubSpot → Remove Paid Seat and Adjust to a View Seat

Remove Main Team, Any Extra Teams, Presets, and Permission Set
- Go to User > Deactivate [Do Not Delete]

Remove any unused Meeting Links and Adjust Default to show No Availability

If the user is part of a shared inbox, remove them
- Dashboards: Either Re-Assign and Adjust Filters or Remove Reports & Dash
