Daily Call Views

Goal: Provide a useful Company View for the Sales Team to keep track of when they last called their Customer to help achieve 24 daily call requirement

This property is a Date Picker Property. This property is located on the Company Record on the Overview tab, in a section called "Communication Efforts".

It has also been added to a company view for the Sales Reps to easily be able to select the date they called as well as sort the list from oldest to most recent call, giving them a guide on who should be called

Company View

  • Each Sales Rep has their own individual Company View showing their Leads and Customers
  • There is a column for the "Daily Call Completed" Property for the Sales Reps to update right in the view
  • Example below:

The Daily Call Property needs to be populated when applicable

Customization

  • Each Rep has the ability to customize their views, either by editing, removing, or adding columns to the view. As well as adding filters to narrow down certain customers based on certain criteria
  • This is helpful so each Team member can set up the view specifically how they would like to use it

Advanced Filters

  • Filters can be added to show specific customers
  • For Example: If there is an HTSA Tradeshow coming up, the Sales Rep may want to call their HTSA Customers, they can add a filter for "Buying Group" and then they can search for said buying group.

View and Filter Records

Editing Columns

  • Each Team Member can Add, Remove, or Move Columns in the Company View around
  • Show Below is where to "Edit Columns"

  • It will then open this window where you can move columns around and add or remove columns

  • Be Sure to select Apply before closing the window out
  • To save your view layout you will select the Save Button all the way on the right above the edit columns 
    • In the photo below, the arrow all the way to the right is pointing to the "Save" button.
    • If you are unable to select Save because another user owns the view, you will select the button that the arrow on the left is pointing to
      • This will allow you to clone the view
        • Rename the View to what you please (remove clone at the end of the view name)
      • You will then be able to save this view everytime you make a modification to it

  • Additionally, columns can be sorter by selecting the column header
    • Examples:
      • If you select Company Name it will sort either A-Z or Z-A
      • If you select Daily Call Completed it can be sorted from oldest date to newest date
      • If you select NetSuite Company Link Header, it will sort all greencheck marks first and then the crossed out symbols or vice versa
    • The Column "Sort" can also be Saved so when you return to the view, it will still be sorted as the way the user saved it.
