Goal: Provide a simple process for labeling contacts who are No Longer Employed at their Company

Contact No Longer Employed
If a contact is no longer employed at the company, please update the property No Longer Employed? to Yes
This will be located on the left hand column of the contact record.
Process
- When the "No Longer Employed?" Property is updated to Yes a workflow will trigger
- The Workflow will then Create and Assign a task to the CRM Specialist to remove the association from the Company
3. The Workflow will also remove the values for the following properties:
- Contact Owner
- Sales Executive
- Regional Sales Executive
- Sales Development Representative
- Primary Contact
- Job Title will be updated to; "No Longer Employed"
- Buying Group
- Street Address, City, State, Country
- Partner (Rep Firm)
- NetSuite Category
- Secondary Company Owner
- Sales Admin
- Set contact as a non-marketing contact
Please Note
If the Contact is the Main Email (POC) on the Account in NetSuite, the request will additionally need to be sent from the Customer to Sales.Ops@icrealtime.com
The CRM Specialist will tag you in a note on the account advising you to take this step if it's the main email
Association
The Association will be removed
The contact will still exist in HubSpot but the Contact will no longer be Associated and will be opted out of emailing so they no longer receive Marketing Information
