Business Development Contact Form
Goal: Allow the BD Team to successfully Create and/or Update a contact record in HubSpot and input necessary Company Information for Leads
When to use this form:
- If I need to update an existing NetSuite contacts information in HubSpot (ie; Phone Number, Email, Title)
- The HubSpot Contact Record will update
- Sales Ops will be sent a task to update the NetSuite side
- If I need to add a lead to HubSpot
- If I need to add a new contact to a company to HubSpot
- If I need to add a contact that needs portal access to HubSpot
- The Sales Executive will receive a task to reach out to the owner of the company and advise them to email this request to icare
- Operations will add to NetSuite when they receive permission
