Data Point Identification & Sorting
Sort through the sheet provided and identify key data points to match them against the NetSuite Database
- Phone Numbers
- Emails
- Domains
- POC (Point of Contact) Names
- Company Names
Clean and Format NS Database
Download the NetSuite Database and Clean Up it's Data Points

- Standardize Phone Numbers
- Verify Physical Address
- Identify the correct Point of Contact

Prep the Lead List:
Format Leads by:
- Extracting Domains from the provided Email Addresses (If applicable)
- Handling Multiple Scans from the Company may include different addresses or domains
Match Leads with NetSuite Data
Identify Matchs & Eliminate Duplicates:
- Use Formulas to match leads with the NS Database across the identified data points (Step two) - Formula Guide Here
- Phone Numbers
- Domains
- POC Names
- Company Names
Manual Cross-Check
Manually Review any remaining leads that formulas may not capture
- Ensure correct identification of existing customers or new leads within NetSuite
Create Final Lead & Customer List
Generate the final list, separating matched customers in NetSuite from new leads not found in the system
Review and Assign Leads / Information
- Review the Final List with Sales Ops - Reference here of requirements for HS Import
- Assign unassigned customers/leads within NetSuite
- Distribute new Leads (not in the system) Based on:
- Geographical Locations
- Sales Rep Workload - Ensuring Balanced Distribution
- Formatting
- Remove the (FL) for any Sales Reps where Applicable
- Format David and Mike's Names as:
- Mike Menendez
- Dave Greenfeld
- Determine values where applicable:
- Sales Rep
- SDR
- RSE
- Buying Group
- Partner
- Category
