This will be the easiest method when scheduling on the phone.

You can collect as much information as possible regarding the meeting. Leave any internal notes for the Rep conducting the Demo, add as many attendees as needed, etc.

Meeting Outcome Options

  • Depending on the Outcome of the Meeting, the Sales Rep will adjust accordingly on the meeting event.
    • They have been instructed to do this for the SDR - we will re-iterate they must do this for all demos/meetings 
  • They will then communicate with their admin and let them know the outcome of the meeting 
    • This step is to ensure the outcome is properly being updated 
      • Meeting Outcome = Completed
      • Meeting Outcome = No Show/Cancelled
        • Admin Will Follow Up and try to get Demo Rescheduled
      • Meeting Outcome = Rescheduled
        • If Rep has Rescheduled Meeting with Customer - They will inform the Admin

A Workflow will Trigger when a Contact Books a Meeting with one of these links and send an internal email to the Admin for informative purposes
