Requesting Price Sheet Additions or Removals
Purpose: This article explains the process for Sales Reps to Request Additions OR Removals of Dealer Access to the Price Sheet Article. All requests must be submitted via email to our Sales Director
🧾 When to Use this Process:
Use this process when you need to:
- Give a dealer access to the Price Sheet List
- Remove a dealer's access to the Price Sheet List

✍️ Email Request Template:
There is a premade template within HubSpot for Sales Team members to use to send to Lugo giving a guide of the required information to add into the email.
View the provided Email Template Titled:
Required Contact Details to Include:
- First Name
- Email Address
- Link to HubSpot Contact Record
✅ Once Lugo Confirms:
➕Addition
- The System will handle sending the registration email once Lugo enables access!
- The customer will receive an email from you with a heads up of information so you don't need to manually reach out - unless they have issues with logging in
➖Removal
- The dealer will no longe be able to view the Price Sheet article
- No notification is sent to the dealer automatically - inform them if needed
