Re - Send Training Survey

Purpose: Provide a manual process to Re-Send the Product Training Survey to contacts who have completed training in the past and need to be surveyed again

Step by Step Process:

Training Meeting is Completed:

  • The contact completes a Product Training Meeting with the product trainer
  • The contact is already on the Training Segment in HubSpot

Automatic Workflow Beings:

  • There will be a 10 minute delay
  • An email is sent to Customer Success Agents asking them to confirm the contact didn't receive a survey today and Re-Send it if applicable

Manually Trigger the Re-Send

  • Open the Contact Record in HubSpot
  • Go to the middle column > click the "Success Highlights" tab
  • Find the "Re-Send Training Survey" property and update to Yes

What Happens Next: 

  • This update triggers the same Training Survey Email, even if it was already sent before

Important Notes: 

  • Only set "Re-Send Training Survey' to Yes if there's a clear reason to re-survey the contact
  • Once the survey sends, remove the property value so it can be resent in the future
  • Always confirm the survey sent before removing the value
