Step 1: 

Manage your user profile and preferences.

In your HubSpot account, you can manage your personal account preferences, such as your profile picture, user name, language, and default home page. These settings will only be applied to your account.

  • Set up your profile picture.
  • Set up your username
  • Set up language and date & and number format
  • Set up your phone number

Step 2: 

Set Up Notifications

User notifications alert you when various actions or activities occur in your account. You can set up and control the notifications you receive from HubSpot.

Step 3:

Connect your Email & Extensions

Connect a personal email account to HubSpot to send one-to-one emails from the CRM, log email replies to the CRM, send sequences emails, and install HubSpot Sales to access the sales tools in your inbox.

Step 4:

Connect your Google Calendar

In your calendar settings, you can connect a Google, Office 365, or Exchange calendar to the meetings tool. A connected calendar enables you to:

  • Allow contacts to schedule meetings on your calendar while preventing them from booking meetings over existing calendar events

  • Sync meetings created in HubSpot to your calendar

  • Sync HubSpot tasks to your calendar

  • Customize your meeting scheduling page URL and domain

  • Add a meeting link to your chat profile
