Expiring Deal Process
Goal: Develop an Automatic Close Lost Process for Deals Expiring

A Workflow will Trigger when all of the following have been met
- Deal Stage = Opportunity or Quote Provided
- Deal Close Date = Less than 8 Days from now
- Closed Won Portal SO? = Unknown
An Interal Email is Sent to the Deal Owner
- This Email is a Heads Up and advises the Rep to Find out the Status / Close the Sale

There is a Delay for 7 Days
The Workflow will then check to see:
- Deal is in Opportunity or Quote Provided
- Deal's Close Date has not been updated in the last 7 days OR the Close Date is more than a Day ago and has not been updated
If the triggers above are met:
- Deal will be updated to Closed Lost
A Different Workflow will trigger and send an email to the Owner, letting them know the Deal was Lost

This Email will Also Contain Deal Information Including:
Deal Name
Company NAme
Amount
Create Date
Owner
Stage
Most Recent Quote Link (If applicable)
Other Notes
This Process is in place so Sales Reps don't have several "Expired" Deals sitting in their pipeline
The Default Deal Close Date is 90 Days - this was adjusted based on feedback
Sales Reps are still encouraged to get an accurate estimate of the Deals Closure from their Customer
Reps are also able to utilize the Dispositoning Process as they receive infromation on their Deal before this process ever triggers
