End User & Specialty Accounts Process

Goal: To Docuemnt the Guidelines surrounding the Sale to End Users and Special Cases

Guidelines Summary

These are Non Dealer / Distributor Entities that are using products for personal, commercial, municipality uses, or industry partners for testing purposes

Do not have the contact fill out a dealer application - this will be denied

Pre-Approval

Email Sales.Ops@icrealtime.com with a request to set up an account with the following information:

  • Why are we selling to them directly?
  • Legal Name of Individual, Business, or Municipality
  • Bill & Ship to Address
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Contact

DO NOT Proceed without written approval from Sales Leadership

Approval:

  • Once approved you will be advised when an account is set up and connected to HubSpot.
  • There will be no onboarding or portal access given

Order Processing & Discounting

  • Process through HubSpot as normal, Use ACH One-Time Link only, we will not ask for the CC with these cases 
  • Discounting is Not Applicable to these Cases unless Pre-Authorized
  • Sold at Dealer or Above
