Goal: Define a Process for when a New Dealer hasn't signed up for OB and they respond back saying they changed their mind and no longer want to be a Dealer.

Key Points:

Change of Heart Property

  • This is a Company Property
  • Drop Down Select with Options Including:
    • Pricing
    • Chose a Competitor
    • Lost their Client/Bid
    • Other
  • This Property will be located in the Onboarding Section on a Company Record

Onboarding Section

  • This is Located on a Company Record
  • Left Column of the Record
  • Change of Heart Property has been Added to this Section

Report

  • This Report is Located on the Deal Services Dashboard
  • There is a Report will show Data when the Change of Heart Property is known
  • AND The Companies Create Date was In the Last 30 Days
  • This Report will Display:
    • Companies Name
    • Total Revenue
    • Change of Heart
